Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These terms apply to this website. The HomeSOS app is not publicly available yet; when it launches it will have its own terms covering bookings, payments, and the relationship between customers and professionals.
What this site is
An informational site about HomeSOS, a home-services marketplace being built for India, plus two forms: one to join the early-access list and one to send feedback. Nothing on this site is a booking, a contract for work, or an offer of service.
What we do and do not promise
- Screens shown on this site are previews of a product under development. Features may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. Anything not yet built is labelled “Coming soon”.
- Prices shown are the starting prices we currently intend to use. They are indicative and may change before launch, and services may vary by location.
- Joining the early-access list does not guarantee access, a launch date, availability in your area, work for professionals, or any level of earnings.
- The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Using the site
Use it lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not submit false information, someone else's details without their permission, or abusive content through the forms. We may ignore or delete submissions that break these rules and block access if necessary.
Your submissions
Feedback you send us is genuinely useful and we may act on it to improve HomeSOS, without owing you payment or credit. We handle your personal details as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The HomeSOS name, logo, wording, design, and screenshots on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, or from relying on information about a product that has not launched yet. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will tell you when we last did.
