Privacy Policy

This policy covers the HomeSOS website you are reading right now. HomeSOS is still being built, so the only information this site collects is what you type into the two forms on it. When the HomeSOS app launches, a separate policy will cover the app.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us:

• Early access form — your name, email address, an optional phone number, whether you are a customer or a professional, and the service you are interested in.
• Feedback form — your name, email address, your role, and the message you write.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site. We do not buy or receive your details from anyone else.

Why we collect it

To contact you about HomeSOS — to tell you when it launches in your area, to reply to your feedback, and to understand what people actually need from the service. That is all.

Where it is stored

Submissions are sent from your browser to our own server, which records them in a private spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account and may also email them to us. They are not published anywhere and the spreadsheet is not shared publicly.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. The only third parties involved are the service providers that host the site and store the submissions on our behalf (our website host and Google), and they only process it so we can run the site.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it — whichever comes first. If HomeSOS never launches, we will delete the lists.

Your choices

Email us and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no account to close and no unsubscribe maze — just ask.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on our Instagram.
